Mr. Damere Marquies Crockett, age 23, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at approximately 7:12 a.m. at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus.

Home going services will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at The Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Paul Johnson, officiating.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Funeral Home, Inc.

Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery
