Mr. Chauncey Michale` Knight, age 25, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at approximately 11:25 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center.

He was born on August 21, 1989 in Lima, Ohio to Rodney M. Knight and Lisa Ann McDuffie.   His mother Lisa A. Ames and her husband Berry survive in Lima.  His father Rodney and his wife Phyllis also survive in Lima.

He attended Lima Senior High School having graduated in  2007.   He was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church.  He loved to cook and be around his family.

Besides his loving parents he leaves to cherish his precious memory; a sister; Joanne E. Allen (Ryan) of Columbus, Ohio.  3 brothers; Berry G. Ames of Cincinnati, Ohio.  Allen Ames and Kenneth A. Davis, II both of Lima.  Maternal grandmother; Livilane McDuffie of Lima.   Maternal step grandmother; Sylvia Ames of Springfield, Ohio.  Paternal step grandparents; Phillip & Shirley Oglesbee of Lima, Ohio.  A best friend;  Rebecca Rozelle  of Lima.  Several aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Willie & Lorene Knight.  Maternal grandfather; Tommy J. McDuffie.

Home going services will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Curtis, Jr., officiating.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.
