Baby Cayden Amaris Cannon Johnson, age 1 month, passed from this life on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at approximately 7:10 a.m. at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born on May 5, 2021 in Dayton, Ohio to Lewis Cedric Johnson and Terria Lynn Cannon; both parents survive.

He was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.  He was baptized at Nationwide Children's Hospital by Rev. Margaret Yochum on May 26, 2021.

Besides his loving parents he leaves to cherish his precious memory 2 brothers; Ishmeal Luster and Cedric Johnson, Jr., 3 sisters; Mariah Johnson, Brasia Davis and Amylah Newland.  3 uncles; Timothy Cannon, Terry Cannon, Jr. and Floyd Upshaw Jr. 1 Aunt; Lasheena Hutchins (Leonard)  Maternal grandparents; Floyd and Geraldine Upshaw of Lima.  Maternal grandfather; Terry Cannon, Sr. Paternal grandmother; Martha Johnson of Sidney, OH.  A host cousins other relatives and friends.  Baby Cayden loved to hear his mother sing to him while he held her finger.

He was preceded in death by an Aunt; Nakia Cannon.
