Catsonava "Cassie" Lavern Maloy, age 55, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 1:58 p.m. at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima, Ohio.  She was born on February 23, 1969, in Lima, Ohio to Willie Hall and Ulla B. Hall .  Both parents preceded her in death.

Catsonava was a homemaker.  She attended Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.  She enjoyed cooking, taking care of children, and church fashion.

She leaves to cherish her memory, 2 sons:  Rapheal L. Hall of Newark, New Jersey and Zashawn Z. Austin of Lima, Ohio.  3 daughters:  Ja'Quaila B. Hall of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Salibrina A. Austin and Itali McClellan, both of Lima, Ohio.  3 brothers:  James McClellan of Bellefontaine, Ohio; Shalamar Horace of Florida; Earl Hall of Lima, Ohio;   3 sisters:  Dominique  Hollomon of Hampton, Virginia; Vonda Hall and Kizzy Hall, both of Lima, Ohio.  3 grandchildren.  A host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by 3 brothers:  Anthony (Pookie) Hall , Willie Hall, Jr. and Anthony Hall.

Home Going Services will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Cleven Jones officiating.

Visitation/Wake Services will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., also at the church.
