Mr. Casper Cletus Cannon, age 85, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at approximately 12:40 p.m. at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home in Lima.

He was born on February 9, 1930 in Carthagena, Ohio to the union of William R. and Florence A. Craig Cannon, both     parents preceded him in death.

He was united in holy matrimony to Mildred Totty on March 26, 1955, she preceded him in death on October 7, 2008.

He worked at  Roman J. Claprood Wholesale Florist and Greggs Department Store. He loved horses and worked and traveled with McClain Farms as a horse trainer and groomer for many years. He was a member of Second Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory; a step-daughter; Olivia Holland (Sylvester H.) of Lima. 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren.  A sister; Eloise L. Tyson of Lima, Ohio and a brother; Ralph Cannon (Betty) of Lima.  A sister-in-law; Patricia Cannon of Lima.   A host of nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

He  was preceded in death by a sister; Eileen Jennings and 3 brothers; Elvin "Bud" Cannon, Robert Cannon, Clyde R. Cannon.
