Carter RaShad Henderson, age 3 days, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 11, 2016 at approximately 5:03 a.m. at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 8, 2016 to Rosa M. Henderson who survives in Lima, Ohio.

Besides his loving mother he leaves to cherish his precious memory a sister; LaShi Henderson of Lima.  Maternal grandmother; Patsy Henderson of Lima.  Maternal great grandmother; Betty Henderson of Lima.  2 aunts;  LaShonda Henderson and Danielle Henderson both of Lima.

He was preceded in death by a brother; Carmelo Jackson Henderson and his maternal grandfather; Philip Henderson.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery.
