Ms. Bessie Lee Shadwick, passed from this life on Monday, August 15, 2022 at her residence.

She was born in Forest, Mississippi to James Evans and Susie Keys Wash. Both preceded her in death.

Bessie was a member of Grace Life Church. She loved to cook, shop, and dress and take care of her grandkids. Everyone who loved her knew that her favorite phrase was, "sho nuff". She will be dearly missed.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory a son; Steven F. (Verna) Wash. A daughter; Stephanie B. Wash, both of Lima, Ohio. A brother; James E. Wash of Lima, Ohio. 2 sisters Irma L. Spivey and Mary Louise Hawkins both of Forest, Mississippi. 6 grandchildren: Phoenician I. Davis, Michael A. Davis, Lacelia L. Wash, Stevie M. Wash, Marsheay L. Wash, and Jireh J. Wash. 17 great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister; Pearlie C. Moore
