Annyis Armontè Rose, affectionately known as "Dude," passed from this life on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio, at the young age of 22. Born on December 9, 2002, in Lima, Ohio, Annyis was a vibrant spirit whose energy, smile, and laugh could fill any room with joy. He was the beloved son of Alexander Rose III and Shuna Dyous, both of Lima.

Annyis lived life with a light that touched everyone around him. He loved listening to music, playing video games, and spending time with the people he cherished most—his family. His presence brought comfort, laughter, and warmth, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He leaves to honor his memory his devoted parents, Alexander Rose III and Shuna Dyous of Lima; four brothers, Alexander Rose IV, David Gonzalez, Xavier Knight, and Damien Durr, all of Lima; and five sisters, DaQuayla Robinson of Atlanta, GA, Allazai Rose, Allaijah Rose, Asianna Rose, and A'Kali Rose, all of Lima. He is also survived by his nephews Ny'Aire Walker, A'Kyren Rose, and Aiden Rose; his niece K'Airy Rose; paternal grandparents Alexander Rose Jr. of Lima and Brenda Roach of Nashville, TN; maternal grandparents Willie Knight and Mary Simpson of Lima; and two special cousins, Ishmeal Luster and Donnell Lamb Jr.

Annyis is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sandra Dyous; his niece, Ka'Laya Rose; and his uncle, Turranol Knight.

Funeral will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor David Kelly officiating. Visitation/Wake will take place the same day beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service, also at the Church.
