My condolences to the family, so very sorry to hear about Ruth, she was truly a beautiful person inside and out. She was the only one that I have ever considered a true friend, just so sorry that I didn't get a chance to see her before her passing.

Condolences to Ruth's daughter, Tina, and the rest of the expanded Smith family. Ruth was a dear co-worker who is sorely missed. For her friends at the Department of Commerce, Ruth's memory will be an elegant reminder of the dignity and grace with which she served the State of Ohio.
