Clayton Francis Williamson, Jr.

Mr. Clayton Francis Williamson, Jr., age 64, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at approximately  4:32  p.m. at his residence in Lima.

He was born in Lima, Ohio on November 19, 1955 to the union of Clayton Francis and Irene Hazel (Morris) Williamson, Sr. ; both parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Williamson was retired from Social Work; his hobbies were reading, researching and talking stuff.  He was a member of Saviors Grace Ministries.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory, 3 daughters; Tina Smith of Columbus, OH.  Joy Williamson of Chicago, IL and Raven N. Townsend of Sheffield, AL.  2 grandchildren. A brother; Ronald L. Williamson of Lima.  3 sisters; Elaine Johnson and Brenda S. Johnson both of Lima. LaCresha Sorrels of Columbus, OH. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a brother; Robert E. (Bobby) Williamson

Home Going Services will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church,  1110 N. Metcalf Street with Pastor Claytonia Manley-Logan, officiating and Elder James E. Williamson, eulogizing. 

Visitation/Wake will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Jones-Clark Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  with the family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Interment:  Woodlawn Cemetery
